About the Role Parikh Financial is looking for a part-time M&A Analyst to assist in evaluating small business acquisitions. Responsibilities Identify and assess small business acquisition opportunities. Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions). Support due diligence, coordinating with legal and financial advisors. Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes. Assist in deal negotiations and structuring investment terms. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting 2+ years of experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development. Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, valuation methods). Understanding of M&A due diligence and transaction processes. Ability to work independently on a project-based schedule. Preferred Qualifications Experience with small business acquisitions. Familiarity with GAAP financial statements and EBITDA adjustments. Background in Transaction Advisory Services or Consulting.
