**ABOUT US**Hello, thereWe are The Call Gurus: an elite BPO company dedicated to building tailored lead generations teams for some of the most disruptive companies in the USA.**OVERVIEW****ACTIVITIES**- Complete detailed and accurate evaluations of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) according to the account's quality guidelines.- Assist Training and Operations in mapping agent development plans during the analysis and design phases- Closely coordinate with Team Leads on representative's performance on Quality metrics and provide feedback to enhance product knowledge, system navigation and soft skills, where needed- Establish client relationship in updating interaction flows, process steps and quality guidelines- Lead internal and external calibration sessions and document agreed scoring parameters- Provide updated, accurate and timely reporting as required- Participate in account and process improvement initiatives**REQUIREMENTS**- 1 year of related call center QA experience- C1 English proficiency- Reporting and analysis skills- Strong spoken and written interpersonal communication skills.- Ability to demonstrate consistency, accuracy, good judgment, follow through and attention to detail.- Promotes a professional and positive attitude at all times and embraces continuous improvement.**OFFER**- $14,000 MXN monthly net payment.- Legal benefits- Food vouchers- Savings fundTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: Hasta $14,****** al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Opción a contrato indefinido- Programa de referidos- Vales de despensaExperiência:- Recursos humanos: 1 año (Deseable)- Atención al cliente: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)
