It Operations Manager

Job Summary: This role is responsible for leading daily IT operations, ensuring smooth system performance and application. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, providing guidance, and developing policies in compliance with industry standards. Main Responsibilities Manage daily IT operations and support activities. Resolve IT issues and incidents in a timely manner. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures. Manage IT projects and initiatives. Provide technical support to IT staff. Ensure compliance with IT security and regulatory requirements. Manage vendor relationships and contracts. Develop and maintain IT budgets and forecasts. Key Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT operations and support. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems. Experience in managing IT projects and teams. Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
