Architectural Designer

An architectural designer is responsible for the design of a construction project.They use their knowledge of maths, science, construction, and plan to create designs that both look good and are efficient to build.They collaborate with clients to confirm the project requirements, budget, and schedule.They then create project plans, drawings, and specifications from the project goals.Also known as building designers, architectural designers work closely with Civil Engineers, Project Managers and Construction Teams.They also work with architects or within an architecture company.**Responsibilities**- Drafting and modifying Architectural drawings at all phases- Reviewing design documents and construction estimates- Assisting in coordination with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with MEP, Civil, and Structural drawings- Researching products and materials- Performing constructibility reviews- Ensure drawings are complete and accurate and deadlines are met.- Maintain, organize, and archive projects**Qualifications**- A Bachelor's or Masters of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university- 5+ years of experience- An interest in sustainability and high-performance buildings- Strong writing and communication skills- Experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Photoshop- Should have the ability to work as a part of a team.- Must be self-motivated.- Have the ability to communicate proficiently, written and verbally.- Live in Merida, Yucatan.- Exceptional organizational skills are required, along with the ability to schedule and execute tasks of a repetitive nature regularly.- Time management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills are required.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**What you get**:- Competitive Salary- 5 Days Work-week from 9:00 AM to 6:00PM- 2 Days of Home Office per month.- Vacation/Paid Time Off- Birthday Leave (1 Day)- Benefits required by law (IMSS, Infonavit)- Monthly Gym Benefit- 9 Vacation Days after 1 year.- More responsibilities & Learn fast and more in a challenging environment- International work environment Professional Development.- Our Intangibles talent team is growing, and we are looking for professionals like you**If you are interested, send us your CV and Portfolio in English**:Intangibles Talent is an equal opportunity employer.We evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, and other legally protected characteristics
