**Objetivo del puesto**:Atender las necesidades corporativas, de gobierno corporativo y regulatorias de todas las sociedades Grupo Chubb México, cumpliendo con la regulación existente para brindar certeza jurídica a las Compañías del Grupo.**Alcance geográfico**: Nacional.**Responsabilidades**:Organizar, preparar y dar seguimiento a las asambleas de accionistas y consejo de administración de todas las sociedades, reuniendo la información necesaria con las áreas involucradas, en cumplimiento a la regulación.Coordinar y obtener las autorizaciones a nível LATAM y HO para brindar certeza jurídica de las sociedades.Apoyar en la estructuración y reestructuración corporativa de entidades a nível local y Latam, tales como incorporaciones, fusiones, liquidaciones, conversiones - incluyendo la función de Latam Corporate Clearing House para movimientos corporativos relevantes.Controlar e inventariar todos los documentos corporativos y poderes de las Compañías de Grupo Chubb México, registrando cada documento de manera física y digital para tener acceso a la información corporativa de cada compañía, incluyendo tramites notariales requeridos en la operación.Asesorar con relación al Sistema de Gobierno Corporativo (comités regulatorios y no regulatorios), participando activamente en los distintos comités, en especial en el comité de auditoría, elaborando minutas y dando seguimiento a la aprobación de programas de autocorrección, planes de regularización y oficios en general.Revisar y elaborar diversos contratos (no- negocio) en atención a las solicitudes de áreas internas garantizando las mejores condiciones contractuales para Chubb.Controlar y dar seguimiento al registro de marcas, a la contestación de las acciones a seguir en cuanto a renovación de estas o procesos de oposición, así como su uso correcto para evitar cualquier tipo de contingencia con las marcas registradas.**Qualifications**:**Requisitos**:Licenciatura en Derecho.***Inglés**: avanzado.*Conocimiento y experiência en materia Corporativa y Societaria.*Conocimiento y experiência en la legislación en materia de Seguros y Fianzas.Experiência mínima de 5 años en materia de contratos.*Experiência mínima de 4 años en el área Corporativa y de gobierno Corporativo"Chubb Seguros México es una empresa a favor de la diversidad e inclusión.
