More about the role : This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Industrial Quality & Digitalization Engineer in Tijuana with Signify. Industrial quality, manufacturing process, problem solving and leadership (multifunctional team) routine. Also production process. Data Analysis to attack main offenders in the product quality and CoNQ to keep the customer satisfied. Coordinate improvement projects for main quality issues to contribute to the business to save cost while the quality is sustained. Supervise Failure analyst team. Coordinate the AOI and Xray activities and team. Digitalization projects for the Industrial Quality group (internal and external). More about you While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening : Bachelor's degree completed in Electronics or Industrial Engineer with Industrial Quality experience. Knowledge of 8D methodology and basic tools for problem solving. Fluent in English is MANDATORY. Data Analysis skills. Leadership skills. This is an on-site position - based in Tijuana, México.
