The Fulfillment Manager will report to the Director of Operations and will support the day-to-day operations of our Soft Goods fulfillment division in Mexicali.The Warehouse Manager will directly oversee the supervisor and Associates, and will direct the daily operation, provide mentorship, coaching, and maintain high standards of safety at all times.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**Responsible for overseeing outbound pick and pack fulfillment, bulk wholesale shipments, trailer management, unloading, check-in, put-away and location maintenanceEstablish best practices, warehouse procedures to achieve operational efficienciesSet warehouse goals in collaborations with operations managementRunning daily reports to manage incoming projects and order queueManaging Locus robot queue, programming, and reportingMonitor workplace performance of team through check-ins, performance reviews, and training initiativesMaintain safety guidelines at all times; facilitate safety trainingManage inventory counts and reconcile with WMS**The successful Warehouse Supervisor will deliver metrics of success such as**:On time delivery of 99% or higherPicking Accuracy of 99% or higherWorking within the labor budget as a % of salesWorking within the supplies budget as a % of salesTight controls of inventory management with little impact from inventory adjustmentsStrong safety culture driven by near miss submittals and warehouse employee engagement**The Ideal applicant for this position would have**:2+ years of proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor with direct reportsAbility to read, write, understand, speak and translate Spanish and EnglishExcellent communication skills in English and SpanishExpertise in warehouse management procedures and best practicesProven ability to implement process improvement initiativesStrong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databasesLeadership skills and ability to manage and develop team membersStrong decision making and problem-solving skillsDesire to work and collaborate with other warehouse leadersExperience and proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Applications / G-MailPresentation skills, including oral presentations in front of warehouse team
