Overview:- Kemin is seeking a Data Entry Accountant responsible for maintaining UUID codes updated on the Company ERP system for receivables and payables accounts.This role will also prepare some accounting and fiscal information, and reconcile paid invoices with electronic fiscal payment receipt.This position is in charge of maintaining the software updated with fiscal information and in preparing Excel reports to calculate taxes.This position will assist in various fiscal processes and calculations, and in some other administrative activities as required.This full-time position will be based in the Guadalajara, Mexico office.The ability to be proficient in both English and Spanish is required.**_We Are Kemin_**- We are visionaries who see things differently and are inspired by the world around us._- We have been dedicated to using applied science to improve the quality of life for over half a century._- We are a global ingredient manufacturer that strives to sustainably transform the quality of life every day for 80 percent of the world with its products and services._- For over half a century, Kemin has been dedicated to using applied science to address industry challenges and offer product solutions to customers in more than 120 countries.Kemin provides ingredients to feed a growing population with its commitment to the quality, safety and efficacy of food, feed and health-related products to customers _- around the world_- ._- Established in ****, Kemin is a privately held, family-owned-and-operated company with more than 2,800 global employees and operations in 90 countries, including manufacturing facilities in Belgium, Brazil, China, India, Italy, Russia, San Marino, Singapore, South Africa and the United States._**Responsibilities**:- Assist in maintaining electronic accounting reports.- Responsible for scanning, coding and keying UUID codes updated on the Company ERP system for receivables and payables accounts.- Prepare and send the Fiscal Electronic Payment Receipt.- Reconcile paid customer invoices with electronic fiscal payment receipt.- Reconcile paid supplier invoices with electronic fiscal payment receipt.- Obtain all Fiscal Electronic Payment Complements from suppliers.- Prepare Excel files for monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports.- Administrative activities such as, print, order and file accounts payable journal entries.- Complete the database for the Informative VAT Statement.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent with 2+ years experience as an Accounting Specialist/Clerk- English speaking ability at the Intermediate level- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint software.- Good communication, organization skills**Kemin is an equal opportunity employer
