Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in Zapopan, JAL. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with payroll taxes and regulations, and overseeing garnishments. Daily tasks include preparing accurate payroll reports, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely disbursement of employee salaries. The specialist will maintain records related to employee earnings, deductions, and benefits, while supporting other payroll services as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
  • Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Garnishments methods and compliance
  • Hands-on experience in delivering Payroll Services accurately and on time
  • Strong organization and attention to detail in maintaining payroll records
  • Familiarity with applicable payroll software and tools
  • Exceptional problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in payroll processing or a related role is a plus
