Descripción y detalle de las actividadesFamily Description: Ensures that suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services.Qualifies suppliers according to company standards and may administer a Certified Supplier Program in receiving inspection to ensure cost effectiveness.Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle and communicates and resolves supplier-related problems as they occur.Develops and prioritizes an auditing schedule to ensure that designated suppliers are audited on a regular basis to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality standards are met.Evaluates suppliers' internal functions to assess their overall performance and provides feedback in assessment of their operation.Knowledge and Technical Skills: o Applies working knowledge of scientific or engineering concepts.o Develops technical expertise.o Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.o Proficiency in processes specific to job function, as well as processes used by adjacent organizations and functions.Complexity: o Works on problems of moderate scope, where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.o Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.o Builds productive internal/external working relationships.o Solves simple technical problems.o Assesses problems and applies insight into root cause.o Proposes short-term mitigation and root cause corrective action.Teamwork, Collaboration and Influence: o Communicates in a manner that assures understanding.o Relates effectively to all types of people, including superiors, peers, and external colleagues.o Readily shares information.o Seeks ways to enhance team and work group performance.o Collaborates within and outside process/area of responsibility.o Seeks ways to enhance customer satisfaction.o May work occasionally with customer or customer representatives to discuss technical matters.Experiência y requisitosMinimum Education and Experience: B.S. degree in Engineering and 2+ years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience Bilingual English-SpanishOrganizaciónSunpower Corporation México, S. de RL.de C.V.GiroManufactureraActividad principalManufacturing of solar panelsNúmero de empleados******Área** Calidad**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Titulo Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 90%, Escrito: 90%**Sexo** Indistinto
