An international manufacture company is looking a Human Resources Manager or Senior Generalist for their head office in Mexico City with the next experience:Qualifications~ Bachelor's degree as Administration or relative to it.~7 - 10 years of experience as HRBP or HR Generalist supporting different business areas to different plants in Mexico.~ Strong expertise in Mexican labor laws and HR processes, including Organizational Development, payroll, policies, etc.~5 years of experience working with high positions (Directors or Sr Managers) globally.~ Excel intermediate (formulas)~ Strong communication skills~ Attention to details and very organized skills~ English advancedResponsibilitiesSupport the Country HR Lead Mexico through the optimization of HR processes, the implementation and assurance of standards, laws, payroll, policies, benefits and best practices and solutions.Connect and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally across all areas to deliver the HR agenda and projects with a highly influential approach.Guarantees efficient internal communication, which contemplates the strategies and feedback channels with employees and leaders, about advances, developments, and changes, as well as transformations in the area or organization.Acts as an ambassador and advocates for decisions that affect DE&I, related to talent acquisition, organizational climate, engagement, retention, career progression, etc.This an individual contributor position.If you are interested please attach your CV and we will contact you.
