Imagine being the driving force behind seamless campaign execution.You'll ensure influencer campaigns across various platforms run smoothly, on time, and with precision.As a key player in our team, you'll manage campaign execution from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track.From coordinating deliverables to managing deadlines and troubleshooting challenges, you thrive in the details and take pride in flawless execution.You'll work closely with internal teams, influencers, and clients to keep campaigns moving forward, problem-solve on the fly, and ensure every element meets the highest standards.WHAT YOU'LL DO- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results- Coordinate with influencers, clients, and internal teams to maintain seamless communication and efficient execution- Track and review influencer content for accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with campaign guidelines- Troubleshoot and resolve executional challenges as they arise, keeping campaigns running smoothly- Maintain meticulous records of campaign progress, approvals, and post-campaign reporting- Identify and implement process improvements to make execution more efficientREQUIREMENTSHere are some essential skills and qualifications:- 6+ months of experience in operations, project management, or a related field- Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently- Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution- Ability to travel occasionally within Mexico and to the U.S. for client work, team events, and industry conferences as needed- Knowledge of influencer marketing best practices and platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.G., Trello)Some nice-to-have skills include knowledge of project management software and proficiency in tools like Trello.At our agency, we strive to create & execute strategic campaigns that deliver measurable results.We combine art & science to authentically tell your brand's story at scale.
