**CRM Channel Specialist**- ___________________________________Location: MexicoType: Full-timeDepartment: Digital- ___________________________________**Summary****Responsibilities**- **Campaign Execution**:- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, Drupal, or similar for execution of web content updates and landing pages, ensuring they are aligned with campaign objectives and deadlines.- **Content Management**:- Ensure all content and assets meet brand guidelines and are delivered in a timely manner.- **Operational Efficiency**:- Follow established processes for campaign execution to ensure smooth and timely delivery.- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during campaign execution, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.- **Collaboration**:- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.- Work closely with marketing managers to understand campaign requirements and ensure accurate execution.- Coordinate with offshore teams, to ensure alignment and address any operational issues related to campaign execution.- **Performance Monitoring**:- Monitor the execution of campaigns to ensure they adhere to schedules and quality standards.- Provide regular updates and status reports on campaign progress and execution to marketing managers.- **Best Practices**:- Stay informed about the latest trends and tools in marketing execution to continually improve processes.**Eligibility Requirements**- **Technical Skills**:- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.- **Soft Skills**:- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.- Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.- **Certifications (preferred)**:- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or similar certification.- Certification in digital marketing or related tools (e.g., HubSpot).**About eClerx**eClerx is an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.We are also committed to protecting and safeguarding your personal data.Please find our policy here.
