Job Title: HEAD LÍNEAS DE INGENIERÍA Zurich, aseguradora líder a nivel internacional te invita a ser parte de su equipo como: “Head Líneas de Ingeniería” Objetivo Responsable de liderar, desarrollar y gestionar la cartera de seguros de ingeniería (por ejemplo, todo riesgo construcción, montaje, maquinaria, equipos electrónicos, etc.), asegurando el crecimiento rentable, la competitividad y el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía. Su función es anticipar tendencias del mercado, proponer soluciones innovadoras y fortalecer las relaciones con clientes y brokers, alineándose con la estrategia y valores de Zurich. Tus habilidades y experiencia Escolaridad: Ing. Civil, mecánica, Industrial o afín, económico – administrativa, Actuaría Experiencia: 10+ años de experiencia en el sector asegurador, preferentemente en líneas de ingeniería, suscripción de riesgos técnicos o gestión de portafolios especializados. Conocimientos técnicos: seguros de ingeniería, suscripción y gestión de riesgos, análisis financiero, conocimiento de la regulación local e internacional Inglés: Intermedio Competencias: gestión de equipos, comunicación efectiva, solución de situaciones críticas, análisis, relación con brokers, experiencia en tendencias tecnológicas aplicadas al sector Responsabilidades Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, diseñar propuestas de valor y definir estrategias para ampliar la cartera de clientes y el portafolio de productos de ingeniería. Supervisar la suscripción de riesgos, estableciendo lineamientos técnicos y asegurando la correcta evaluación, selección y tarificación de los mismos, en línea con la política de la compañía. Mantener y fortalecer las relaciones con intermediarios, clientes clave y partners estratégicos, asegurando un alto nivel de satisfacción y respuesta ágil a sus necesidades. Liderar, desarrollar y motivar al equipo de suscripción y soporte, promoviendo una cultura de alto rendimiento, colaboración y aprendizaje continuo. Monitorear el desempeño de la línea (rentabilidad, volumen, siniestralidad), implementando acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario para cumplir los objetivos financieros. Fomentar la innovación en productos, procesos y herramientas, anticipando tendencias y necesidades del mercado. Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas internas, regulaciones locales y estándares internacionales de Zurich.
