**About the Role**:We are seeking a PMO / Personal Assistant to support operations and project coordination for our leadership team in Mexico City. This role is ideal for a motivated and proactive individual looking to grow in a fast-paced environment, assisting with scheduling, reporting, and project follow-up activities. The position requires excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.**Location**:Mexico City, Mexico, On-Site, Full-time**What You’ll Be Doing**:- Support the PMO and management team by coordinating meetings, maintaining schedules, and preparing reports or documentation.- Assist with project tracking, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.- Handle administrative and operational tasks, including correspondence, data entry, and travel arrangements.- Participate in project reviews, follow up on action items, and help maintain organization-wide visibility on project progress.- Provide ad-hoc support to executives and team members, anticipating needs and proactively solving logístical challenges.**Required Skills and Experience**:- 1-3 years of professional experience as a Project Assistant, PMO Coordinator, or Executive/Administrative Assistant.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello).- Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.- A proactive, adaptable, and resourceful approach to problem-solving.- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.**Bonus Points**:- At least 1 year of experience in a consulting environment, ideally in technology or finance.- Experience supporting cross-functional teams or working in fast-paced organizations.- Familiarity with basic project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar).- Interest in technology, business operations, or process optimization.**Why Join Us**:You’ll be part of a collaborative and international environment where your contributions will have a visible impact.
