Contribute in designing and delivering of our Talent Management processes and development programs focusing on creating, develop capabilities and further exposure and career options.**Main Responsibilities**:- Connect with CEMEX Central audience worldwide to understand and address learning and development needs- Coordinate with OHR- P&D - the launch, execution, follow-up, and closure our Talent Management processes (Performance, Talent Review, Succession)- Identify succession gaps through data analysis and statistics based on our talent processes- Responsible of coordinating and executing our Development Committee and Scholarship program.- Ensure experience and content quality within forums and programs - analyzing audience reactions and progress towards desired career path- Organizes and conducts orientation sessions and coordinates on-the-job training for new employees.**Position Challenges**:- Working in coordination with different HR and area stakeholders- Learning on the fly and developing solutions with little information- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Finding creative ways to develop learning solutions and making them available to a geographically dispersed workforce- Data and learning technology management**Qualifications**:- 100% English and Spanish proficiency- Academic Background: BS oriented in Data Analytics, Engineering, Business related.- At least 3 years working experience in environments of Talent Planning and Development, or Data oriented.- Advanced Office 365 skills, understanding of learning technology platforms- Integrity, determination, creativity, ability to develop productive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, willingness to learn**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNAL:- Talent Managers- OHR - P&D- Area managers- Vendors & external stakeholdersEXTERNAL:- Business Schools, Learning Consultants**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.We respect diversity, we address the inclusion and non-discrimination of any talented person, regardless of gender, physical ability, age, sexual orientation, culture, ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, marital status, pregnancy / maternity / paternity and nationality.We promote a culture of equity for the construction of a sustainable business and the well-being and development of CEMEX employees.
