A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to work closely with the firm principals and have a crucial role in developing new client business opportunities at their Mexico City office.Your Day Includes:Identifying potential clients and projectsForecasting firm workloadsBuilding client relationshipsPreparing presentations and contract proposalsTracking and maintaining client leads in a CRM softwareMust Haves:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline5 years of business development, sales, or marketing experienceExperience in AEC or related industryExcellent verbal and written English, and presentation skillsProficiency with a CRM software (Deltek Vision or Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office SuiteP.S.In addition to offering a comprehensive health, dental, and vision package, we also provide the opportunity for travel.If you have the necessary qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
