The Solution Center Team supports the Enterprise to drive Customer Growth and Experience and the Distribution Channel business unit to make it easy for our Distribution partners to do business with TE.The organization consists of more than 400 employees who provide global service to both Customers and Distributors and drive growth for the organization.**About the position**- Aplicar los procedimientos y políticas en los requerimientos del cliente (órdenes de compra y contratos) para evitar cancelaciones o pérdida de negocios.- Cotizar a los clientes a través de SAP con apoyo de ventas e ingresar los pedidos de nuestros clientes.- Trabajar en coordinación con la aérea de crédito para el control de la carga de pedidos de los clientes con problemas de pagos, refacturaciones a clientes y liberación por límite de crédito.- Coordinar con almacén información sobre los embarques para proporcionar al cliente el estatus de la entrega de su material.- Realizar devoluciones (RMA) en sistema autorizados por ventas y calidad.- Gestión y apoyo para incrementar MCP ´s (Channel)**What your background should look like**:- Escolaridad: Licenciado en Negocios Internacionales, Administración de Empresas o a fin.- Experiência profesional: En el área de Customer Service o Customer Care 2 años como mínimo.- Conocimientos: Conocimiento general de distribución, logística, incoterms y servicio al cliente.- Habilidades: Empatía, Responsabilidad, Organización, Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.- Valores y comportamientos claves: Comunicación, Proactividad, actitud de servicio, capacidad de negociación, manejo y análisis de situaciones críticas.- Idiomas: Inglés 80% (requerido), Español- Software o sistemas: Excel (requerido), SAP o RP similar(requerido), Salesforce (deseable)**Competencies**:- Building Effective Teams- Managing and Measuring Work- Motivating Others- SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)- Values: Integrity, Accountability,Teamwork, Innovation
