DescriptionAs Project Coordinator PMO in the Market North America, responsible for supporting the PM community in the North American region on how to effectively use the PM Standards and Tools through training and coaching.Operational implementation of project reviews within the region in order to successfully master project challenges.Roll out project management related processes and procedures including monitoring and quality assurance.**Qualifications**:Project Management Office Tasks:- Organize Project Reviews, such as PMC, CCB, Gate Release Meetings, Project Portfolio Review, Project Profitability Review, and Pulse Meetings- Establish, maintain and manage Market reports- Execution support in yearly budget planning- Regular exchange with Global PMO- Establish & Manage the North American project priority and business Value/impactProcess management:- Supporting project management processes within SEGAM including their roll-out and continuous improvement- Own the ADAS Project Management Manual including regular updates and alignment- To implement processes to encourage continuous improvement throughout PMO & Customer Project Management TeamCoaching- Support and coach SEGAM PM community for PM Standards, Processes and Tools defined by the Global PMO- Responsibility for project management training and documentation- Coaching of projects managers and project teams with provision of process descriptions, methodologies and templatesOperational Project Support- Support project managers in regards of operational setting-up and handling of projects- Organize, facilitate & moderate PACT kick off workshops upon request- Support the PM in the day to day issues with regards to processes and tools- Maintain and manage all PM KPIs and Reports for Region North AmericaQuality Assurance- Ensure Data Quality regarding ADAS Quality Standards (Gate Hurdles, ePSR Quality Score, GPS Master Data, etc.)- Support overall project quality assurance incl.project planning, documentation, reporting, etc.- Develop methods to identify gaps in project quality (especially documentation)Continental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.Founded in ****, the technology company offers safe, efficient, intelligent and affordable solutions for vehicles, machines, traffic and transportation.In ****, Continental generated sales of €37.7 billion and currently employs more than 192,000 people in 58 countries and markets.On October 8, ****, the company celebrated its 150th anniversary.The Autonomous Mobility and Safety business area develops, produces and integrates active and passive safety technologies and controls vehicle dynamics.The product portfolio ranges from electronic and hydraulic brake and chassis control systems to sensors, advanced driver assistance systems, airbag electronics and sensors, electronic air suspension systems and cleaning systems for windscreens and headlights.Autonomous Mobility and Safety has a high level of systems expertise in the interconnectivity of individual components.As a result, products and system functions are created along the "SensePlanAct" chain of effects.These make driving safer and easier and pave the way for autonomous mobility.
