The company provides end-to-end services—including account management, listing optimization, advertising, and operational support—to drive visibility, efficiency, and sales growth across major online marketplaces.About the roleOur client is seeking a strategic Senior E-Commerce Account Manager to drive growth for key client accounts across Amazon, Walmart, and other major marketplaces. This role goes beyond day-to-day management, serving as a trusted advisor who leads strategy, execution, and performance optimization for high-value brands.Key responsibilitiesOwn and lead the e-commerce strategy for a portfolio of complex or high-growth clients, with a strong focus on revenue growth, margin improvement, and channel expansion.Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic consultant for clients, regularly presenting insights, performance reviews, and forward-looking recommendations.Analyze account health using advanced tools and reporting (Helium10, Pacvue, Data Studio, etc.) to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization paths.Develop long-term strategic roadmaps for each account, including seasonal planning, promotional strategy, inventory forecasting, and profitability analysis.Collaborate with internal cross-functional leads (creative, operations, data, and media teams) to ensure seamless client delivery and internal executionRequired Skills & ExperienceMust have:5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace account management (Amazon/Walmart preferred)Proven success growing 6–7 figure e-commerce accounts and improving efficiencyStrong analytical skills; advanced in Excel, dashboards, and marketplace tools (Perpetua, Skai, Pacvue, JungleScout, etc.)Skilled at translating client goals into clear plans, priorities, and measurable outcomesFluent in english with excellent client communication and presentation skillsAgency or aggregator experience preferredStrong leadership, mentoring, and ability to operate autonomouslyBased in LATAMNice to have:Project management experience or certificationExperience with PM software (Teamwork a plus)Shift: Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM EST. #J-18808-Ljbffr
