**RESUMEN DE LA POSICION**:- Ayuda al departamento de ingeniería / mantenimiento a mejorar los procesos de manufactura, así como en la elaboración de proyectos- Gestiona la documentación del proceso, instrucciones de trabajo, rutas, BOM y cambios de ingenia- Mantiene de forma segura el equipo tales como cortadoras industriales, máquinas de coser y/o diferentes equipos para productos de madera- Calcula los estándares de manufactura de costo y tiempo- Sigue las instrucciones y procedimientos establecidos- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y ayudar**Responsabilidades y nível de autoridad**:- Ayuda directamente a producción a que tengan lo necesario para que están tengan el rendimiento necesario para que cumplan con el plan de producción establecido.- Realiza la documentación de mejoras y cambios de productos, realizando los cambios pertinentes, así como manuales, ayudas visuales y procedimientos además de mantener actualizados los registros- Diseño fixturas, Poka Yokes, etc, y participación directa que ayuden a mejorar el proceso de manufactura, sin afectar la calidad del producto.- Manejo de BOM, Rauting y Cambios de ingenieria- Ayuda a la introducción de nuevos productos y elaboración de muestras- Cambios de Lay Out y dibujo- Aplicación de herramientas Lean- Mejora continua- Cotiza, solicita compra, recibir material requerido para proyectos- Todo cambio o mejora en piso de producción necesita ser previamente aprobado por supervisor**Requisitos**:- MS office, AutoCAD / Solid Works, Mini Tab o Excel estadístico- Responsable, buena comunicación e iniciativa.- Disponibilidad de horario- Experiência en CNC deseable- Ingles 80% hablado y escrito
