We are committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients globally.We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Tijuana. This role involves designing and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards.**Key Responsibilities**:- Design, develop, and enhance manufacturing processes and equipment.- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new product designs.- Analyze and improve workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.- Conduct process simulations and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.- Develop cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.- Coordinate with suppliers and manage material selection.- Provide technical support and training to the manufacturing team.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role.- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 22215, Rancho el Águila, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
