Job Title: Customer Success SpecialistWe are looking for a driven and results-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for owning the student experience end-to-end and ensuring they achieve real outcomes through our program.Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with students and mentors to ensure a world-class experience.- Monitor student progress and proactively increase engagement, satisfaction, and completion.- Identify blockers and help students stay motivated and on track.- Run check-ins, onboarding sessions, and community touchpoints.- Turn feedback into insights to improve our product and operations.- Drive retention, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and student outcomes as your core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).- Contribute to building scalable Customer Success processes as we grow.Requirements:- Fluent English speaker with exceptional communication skills.- Entrepreneurial mindset - you take initiative, move fast, and solve problems without waiting for instructions.- High empathy + relationship skills - you enjoy speaking with people daily.- Ownership mentality - you think in outcomes, not tasks.- A passion for business, startups, or education is a big plus.Benefits:- The full startup experience - real responsibility, real impact, real growth.- Competitive salary + equity.- An accelerated learning journey surrounded by entrepreneurial people.- A chance to help build something that changes lives at scale.
