**Role Overview**As a Senior Product Manager based in Mexico City, your role will be instrumental in automating our operations by enabling user-driven experiences on the platform.You will lead the evolution from internal admin workflows to self-serve mobile app interactions that streamline driver onboarding, qualification, matching, and support.This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, cross-functional execution, and a passion for transforming how fragmented logistics markets operate.**The Challenge**We've built internal tools to digitize our processes — now it's time to take the next leap:- Shift ownership to the user: Transition workflows like matching, onboarding, and support from manual operations to self-serve, app-based flows.- Scale without scaling headcount: Build scalable, tech-driven systems that reduce reliance on operations teams.- Design for user behavior: Make it easy and intuitive for drivers and fleets to take action — submit documents, qualify themselves, engage with jobs, or ask for help.**Responsibilities**- Lead the product vision and roadmap to automate our core operational workflows- Work closely with Operations, Supply, Marketing, and Engineering to align execution- Understand user pain points through interviews, feedback, and data- Run A/B experiments to test and optimize conversion and engagement- Define and track KPI- Champion the user experience — simplify, guide, and empower- Communicate clearly across teams and keep stakeholders informed on progress and impact**Key Focus Areas****1.Matching**- Build experiences where drivers/fleets can self-select, express interest, or be matched to jobs/routes dynamically through the app.- Collaborate with the Tech and Ops teams to define matching logic and eligibility rules.- Automate availability inputs and preference settings for drivers.**2.Qualification**- Digitize qualification criteria (vehicle type, documents, experience, compliance).- Design step-by-step flows in the app to gather and verify qualifications.- Use notifications and progress indicators to guide users through qualification.**3.Onboarding**- Turn admin-heavy onboarding into a seamless, guided mobile experience.- Introduce gamified elements (progress bars, checklists, incentives) to drive completion.- Test different channels — WhatsApp, in-app onboarding, referral flows.**4.Support**- Build in-app support tools (FAQ, ticketing, live chat, chatbot).- Allow users to resolve common issues themselves without calling operations.- Enable Ops to triage and resolve only escalated or high-impact cases.**What We're Looking For****Must-Have**:- 7+ years in product management, with a focus on growth, platforms, or operations automation- Experience launching mobile-first or self-serve products- Background in logistics, transportation, marketplace, or B2B platforms- Strong leadership and team management experience- Analytical and data-driven; comfortable owning KPIs and dashboards- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Fluent in English and Spanish**Bonus**:- Experience working with Customer/Driver Success teams- Familiarity with AI- Working with offshore tech teams- Previous work in a startup or high-growth environment- Strong empathy for users in emerging markets**Compensation & Benefits**- **Salary: MXN 70,******,000 per month + performance bonus**:- Stock Options- Paid Vacation & Holidays- **Health and Wellness Benefits**Pay: $70,****** - $85,****** per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in *****, Juárez, CDMX
