**Empire National is a fast growing logistic company, with headquarters office in USA and operations offices in Monterrey N.L. and eastern europe (Ucraine & Poland).We have 6 years of experience in land, sea and air freight.****Our Air & Ocean Freight department is currently looking for a person able to fulfill the activities for the Sales Specialist position.**- Operating with companies orders, on ocean / air shipments worldwide;- Perform daily calls to attract and persuade new clients- Create and manage client's portfolio- Discover the prospect's needs and wants by asking business-related scripted questions and by listening.- Set up appointments and negociate with the prospects- Enter ocean / air shipment information into the system;- Coordinate the logistics of import / export shipments from customers, according to established procedures;- Drafting of contracts and agreements;- Coordination of drivers on the flight/boarding;- Keeping of reporting documentation;- Communication with customers;- Problem solving of different levels of complexity.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in International Relations/Business/Commerce or related field- Experience in Sales **(required)**:- Knowledge of Ocean / Air Freight **(required)**:- Customer service experience- Effective communication with customers/team- Detail-oriented; Self motivated; Analytical; multitasking- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Excellent knowledge of systems: MS Office, Excel and web browsing- English level**:Advanced - Fluent (required)****What we offer**:- Base Salary- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm- Location: Wework, Torre Obispado, Monterrey, Nuevo LeonTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $13,****** - $20,****** al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Programa de referidos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Monterrey, N.
