We look for the risk-takers, the collaborators, the inspired and the inspirational.We want the people who are brave enough to work at the cutting edge and create solutions that will enrich and improve the lives of people across the globe.So, if you want to make the world say wow, let's talk.working with Microsoft Teams or previous incarnations (i.e. Lync **** or Microsoft Skype for Business), and PBX technologies- Proven experience in Unified Communications Migrations for large global enterprises- Solid understanding of cloud concepts- Solid understanding of Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Enterprise Mobility Services, System Center Configuration Manager and Intune and other technologies related to Workspace Productivity Services- Proven ability to work on large-scale global deployments in multiple locations- Strong understanding of networks and related WAN/LAN technologies- Strong understanding of TCP/IP and Network communications- 4-year degree or equivalent experience- Microsoft Certifications in the Microsoft technologies required for this positiona plus- High-Level understanding of telephony carrier integration- High-Level understanding of complex dial-plans- High-Level understanding of Emergency Services integration- Strong understanding of Quality of Servics- Strong understanding of Voice-Over-IP solutions- Strong understanding of SIP and global SIP deployments- Strong understanding of ITIL- Must be able to collaborate effectively with other senior architects within the organizationMust possess strong Project management and provide proven ability to build accurate project timelines and deliver on-time projects.Ability and willingness to take direction from the Service Delivery Manager and Client Executives- Ability to work in a team environment.Able to adapt to a changing technical environment.Ability to coach other members of team in their area of expertiseAbility to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users- Ability to work with a sense of urgencyCustomer facing presentation and consulting skillsExperience and understanding of designing, deploying or managing a Hosted PlatformExperience and understanding of multi-tenancy in hosted solutions
