**Position**: Process Engineer**Location**: Apodaca, N. L.**Required Languages**: English**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for creating and directing new production methods to simplify the time and resources invested in production.- Analyze production processes, employee/worker behavior with respect to industrial equipment and technological advances.- Propose improvements in production processes.- Definition of critical procedures as well as implementation of corrective actions.- Troubleshooting and support to the central team.- Training and development of the operating team.- Ensure compliance with the procedures applied in the production area.- Responsible for documenting established processes, as well as improvements and modifications.- Promote continuous improvement in his area.- Layout design- Statistical Process Control- PFMEA.- Definition of new products.- Design of work tools.- Work instruction.- Machine relocation and installation (understanding of technical requirements).- Updating of special product features.- Responsibility for doing capability analysis.**Essential Requirements**:- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.- Experience: At least 3 years in similar position.- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office, production control, total production maintenance, knowledge of automotive materials/products, AutoCAD or similar design software, GD&T, experience supporting the introduction of new machinery or production lines (2 years), layout design and implementation (2 years), experience managing outside contractors (2 years), lean manufacturing, PDCA, Kaizen, improvement methodology, strong assembly line experience.- Builds appropriate, friendly and approachable professional relationships with employees and line managers.- English (business level).- Proactive, analytical, dynamic, service attitude, problem solver, responsible, team player, honesty, leadership, problem solver.- Desirable to have worked in a multicultural environment.**Offer**:- Competitive salary.- Attractive compensation plan in excess of the law.- Development, life and career plan.
