**Responsibilities and Duties**:- Contact carrier to obtain status of load-tendered; continue monitoring the shipment for on-time pick-up, transit, delivered, empty.- Border crossing Mex - US and documentation.- Update load status in system, e.g. loaded, pick-up, delivery, empty, etc.- Notify Shipper and/or Receiver of Load Status and reschedule pick-up/delivery appointments when necessary.Secure capacity for load.- Establish and maintain effective relationships with shippers and receivers through professional and timely communications and inquiry responses.**Knowledge and Skills**:- Bachelor's degree desired, with minimum 1 year experience working with customer service, transportation, track and trace, etc.- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/E-mail capabilities, and Reporting platforms- High personal integrity and standards- English: Good communication skills.- Attention to details- Team work spirit and collaborative attitude, customer centric attitude.**Location**:DISTRITO V - Blvd.Venustiano Carranza ****, República, ***** Saltillo, Coah**Schedule**:- 1st shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm- 2nd shift: Monday to Friday 4:30pm to 12:30 am- 3rd shift: Monday to Friday 12:30 am to 8:00 amTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $25,****** - $30,****** al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicosLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
