In this role, you’ll help shape how we streamline marketing processes, manage technology, and deliver campaigns that drive impact across global markets. You’ll fit right in if you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and collaborative, love working across teams and time zones, and get energy from solving challenges that make marketing smarter and more efficient.**What You’ll Do**• **Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues** related to Marketo and connected systems. • **Maintain and optimize integrations** between Marketo, Salesforce, and analytics tools. • **Manage data quality and segmentation** to support targeted campaigns. • **Build and execute campaigns in Marketo**, including emails, landing pages, and nurturing workflows. • **Collaborate with marketing and sales teams** to ensure campaigns meet business objectives.**What You’ll Bring**• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of experience in **marketing operations or campaign execution**. • Hands-on experience with **Marketo Engage** (certification is a plus). • Familiarity with **CRM systems like Salesforce** and basic analytics. • Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional work.**Nice to Have**• Past agency experience for adaptability and multitasking. • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach. • Experience working across global teams and cultures.This position will be located in **México City** and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.**Come as You Are**Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
