**Country**:Mexico**Location**:LOC****: Carrier - Finance Shared, Galeana 469 Ote, Santa Catarina, ***** Mexico**Flexible worX**:Remote work *****%**Profile**:Individual contributor.**Work schedule**:7:*******:00 hrs, Mon - Fri.**ABOUT THE ROLE**:This position will be based in Monterrey (Mexico) and will report to the Director of FP&A for the HVAC Americas and CHVAC EMEA finance team.This position will serve as a key member of our AECES HQ FP&A team supporting key activities.This is a great time to join the CarrierOur culture is one of leadership, innovation, and sustainability.Our global reach and a strong commitment to employee engagement give every member of the Carrier team opportunities to grow, learn and advance their careers.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Ownership of end-to-end process on specific activities at AECES HQ including forecast, close variance analysis, annual planning and consolidation.- Collaborate and partner effectively with cross-functional teams across AECES, Corporate FP&A team and the organization.- Executes financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans.- Periodical reporting of standard metrics across orders, sales.margins, financial KPI's, business performance metrics periodically.Identify improvement & automation opportunities on data preparation, presentation and communication of the same.- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results and initiating corrective actions.- Conducts small-scale projects, completing ad hoc analysis.- Drive a culture that embraces and strives for continuous improvement.**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting- 6+ years experience in finance or accounting related role- Advanced level of conversational English- Proficiency in Excel, using financial modeling and analytical skills.- Proficiency in Building dashboards, data visualizations and using MS power point.- Be adaptable and flexible to navigate the ever-changing financial landscape and overall responsibility of a HQ FP&A organization.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- Experience in a corporate environment.- Experience working with financial models and analysis software.- Experience in preparing financial reports and presentations.- Solid interpersonal skills, including the ability/desire to communicate (verbal and written) and collaborate across all functions and organizational levels.- Ability to present recommendations effectively driving actionable results.- SAP and HFM experience.- Master's degree preferred (in finance, MBA or equivalent).- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and works well within a collaborative team.**Carrier is An Equal **Opportunity/Affirmative** Action Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status, age or any other federally protected class.****Job Applicant's Privacy Notice**:Click on this link to read the Job Applicant's Privacy Notice
