**Position Title**:
Process Improvement Manager

**Category/Shift**:
Salaried Full-Time

**The Job You Will Perform**:

- Responsible for successfully establishing an operating environment that embraces the continuous improvement process. The PIM is also responsible for leading the facility efforts in quality through management of all quality systems, and facilitation of the plant safety committee and initiatives.
- Collaborate with supervisors and operating teams to gain insights into manufacturing processes and enhance them. Additionally, provide training on quality systems, with a focus on utilizing manufacturing reliability tools to achieve operational goals.
- Provide EHS support by participating on the plant safety team. Also, support safety initiatives such as safety audits, incident investigations and safety orientation for new hires. _Must understand OHSA/EPA regulations._
- Manage internal auditing processes.
- Monitor Tracking Incidents and Credits System while also providing system status updates and reports_. _Additionally, conduct root cause analysis as required._
- Actively participate in the New Item process, as well as food safety audits, customer audits, and communication. Maintain knowledge of customer specific quality testing, expectations, and requirements.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers and sales group.

**The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-5 years manufacturing experience; preferably in a corrugated or converting environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing, implementing and managing high performance work systems and teams
