OverviewCoupa makes margins multiply through its community-generated AI and industry-leading total spend management platform for businesses large and small.Coupa AI is informed by trillions of dollars of direct and indirect spend data across a global network of 10M+ buyers and suppliers.We empower you with the ability to predict, prescribe, and automate smarter, more profitable business decisions to improve operating margins.Why join Coupa?Pioneering Technology : At Coupa, we're at the forefront of innovation, leveraging the latest technology to empower our customers with greater efficiency and visibility in their spend.Collaborative Culture : We value collaboration and teamwork, and our culture is driven by transparency, openness, and a shared commitment to excellence.Global Impact : Join a company where your work has a global, measurable impact on our clients, the business, and each other.Learn more on Life at Coupa blog and hear from our employees about their experiences working at Coupa.ResponsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end implementation of the Coupa solution with focus on large or strategic customer accounts.Serve as the delivery executive sponsor (DES) supporting engagement managers on customer projects.Accountable for the successful 'go-lives' of the customer, acting as ambassador of system expertise and best practices aligned to the customers' business goals.Manage reporting, risk analysis and mitigation, and align required resources to project delivery directly or in partnership with the delivery partner.Ensure and support engagement managers toward a successful go-live.Act as the primary Coupa point of contact during implementation for customers and partners, providing concierge access to other needed Coupa functions and resources.Forge strong partnerships with customers and colleagues.Lead all aspects of implementation from mobilization to deployment, including project resource management.Drive adherence to Coupa's implementation methodologies, including risk and issue management, financial management, and program governance.Manage issues and escalations from initiation through to resolution.Manage customer expectations in support process discussions for leading practices.Collaborate with Coupa services partners during implementation for partner-led engagements.Engage customers in enlightened business-need discussions versus feature/function basics.Create and/or improve implementation templates, training, and presentations.Exercise fiscal responsibility for the portfolio of assigned projects, ensuring forecast accuracy and contract compliance.Ensure all engagement manager KPIs are achieved, including billable targets as an individual contributor on delivery of customer engagements.Provide guidance and support to engagement managers on the Path to Green.Support engagement managers to manage customer and internal stakeholder expectations, internal or external escalations, and influence strategies to achieve desired outcomes.Monitor progress of the project portfolio and support addressing any issues that arise during the execution.Serve as the first point of delivery leadership escalation on the engagement, supporting from initiation through to resolution.Qualifications10+ years' experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.Minimum of 5+ years of program management experience with a proven track record in senior project leadership roles.Experience with the Business Spend Management process is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and synthesize findings and conclusions.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders, and to build relationships at all levels of an organization.Autonomy and a strong sense of initiative, as well as priority-management skills.Versatility and easily adaptive to different situations.High standards of professionalism.Experience with Software as a Service is a plus, as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales-force automation software.Previous senior consulting experience with applications such as Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Basware, OB10, Workday, Great Plains, ACT, Oracle, SAP.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.Spanish written and verbal communication skills will be an asset.Must be able to work in a fast-paced and passionate environment.Bachelor's Degree required.Must have shown significant career growth as part of prior experience.Professional SkillsProfessional written and verbal skills, and experience presenting to executive teams.Planning and tracking projects, comfortable with executive and C-suite customers and superior communication skills.Provide assistance to colleagues where needed.Work well in both individual and team settings, on and off customer site.Manage customers;
