**Mission**Organize, Manage and Develop the entire Service business throughout the National Territory.Manage daily service operations.Find, design and implement ways to make the service area more productive by establishing effective methods for operations.Support new and existing installations throughout the national territory.Provide technical skills to the entire service team and certified service centers.Efficiently manage the human and material resources of the service area.Develop and close new service contracts, drive, sale and implement DDS ( Digital Solutions ) Pivot ware & Nexonar**Main Responsabilities**Manage the workforce of service area.- Ensure quality, accuracy and customer satisfaction.- Manage the on-site workshops and Central Service Workshops in Mexico.- Responsible for all aspects of service operations, including daily office and workshop activities.- Manage material and human resources to ensure the efficient operation of the Service area.- Complete all administrative duties intrinsic to the position.- Participate in elaboration, changes in processes, procedures and fulfillment of objectives.- Take care of safety and health of the personnel in the Service Department.- Participate and involve the service staff in the security trainings.- Participate and involve the service staff in security objectives.- Provide service personal protective equipment according to the risks identified in process or activity.- Stick to environmental campaigns- Inform about environmental aspects and impacts in the service process.- Participate and involve service staff in the fulfillment of environmental objectives.- Stop any situation in which the impact on the environment is compromised.**Requiered Profile**Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or so on, desirable Master of Business AdministrationExperience and skillsKnowledge in Mechanics, Electrical and Pneumatics with experience in assembly lines and automation or similar industries.- Must have knowledge of networks, as well as basic knowledge of packaging such as Office 365.- Intermediate knowledge in PLCs and customer specific communication protocols.- Know how to interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams, as well as mechanical drawings.- Personnel management and ability to resolve conflicts.- Teamwork, interrelation skills- Sense of urgency and customer service oriented attitude.- Work under pressure and challenging plans.- English level 95% written and spoken- Experience in a similar position of at least 4 years.Also Availability to travel in Mexico ( All Country ) is required.This position could be based in Mexico City / Toluca / Guadalajara / Monterrey.**Over 110 years of experience
