We're looking for a **Communication Lead** to work with one of the most prestigious Life Sciences company in the World. **Requirements**: - **+5 years of experience.**: - **Advanced English level.**: - Partner with Adoption leads and Regional Deployment leads to develop a comprehensive communication and engagement strategy, personas/stakeholders to support the successful launch of a new global solution, along with people and process changes. - Execute a customer-focused communication approach that supports overall adoption strategy and is focused on building awareness and understanding of changes with leaders, suppliers and employees. This includes working with third-party vendors and others on tactics such as videos, web content, etc. - Maintain and enhance communication and engagement toolkit materials for project team, SMEs and sponsors. - Establish, maintain and adhere to style guides and design standards that provide a consistent framework for the development of project communication materials. - Ensure compliance with company brand and messaging guidelines. - Support post-launch communication and engagement needs (hypercare) **What you can expect from us** At Tech Mahindra, what distinguishes us from other teams is the comfortable environment which engenders trust within teams and with our customers.
