Associate, Global Private Equity Fund, Mexico City, Mexico**About our client**Our client is a leading global private equity fund that seeks an Associate with an entrepreneurial mindset to assist the Mexico team.This position will be involved in every stage of the investment process, including identifying investment opportunities, performing due diligence, presenting to the Investment Committee, and assisting with value creation efforts in the portfolio, contributing to the fund's growth and success.This position is based in Mexico City.**What the job involves**- Develop financial models and conduct comprehensive financial analyses on potential investment opportunities- Create investment memos for the investment committee- Support portfolio management, collaborating with MDs/VPs and management teams by identifying opportunities for growth and mitigating any potential risks- Take the initiative on developing value creation strategies- Research and identify investment trends and potential targets by conducting thorough industry analyses- Conduct thorough in-house research by reaching out to industry connections, advisers, and other pertinent individuals**Who we are looking for**- Experience in investment banking or private equity preferred.Experience in consulting or operations will also be considered- Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, business management, or a related field- Solid understanding of accounting principles- Superior skills in financial modelling- Solid analytical credentials and communication skills- Proactive with excellent interpersonal and relationship building capabilities- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a MUSTSave roleLog in to applyJob ID *****- ABOUT COMPANY- PER, Private Equity Recruitment- London, United KingdomHR & RecruitmentWe are the leading retained search and recruitment specialists for private markets professionals.
