OverviewSenior Fund Accountant, Private Equity.The Apex Group was established in Bermuda and is now one of the world's largest fund administration and middle office solutions providers.Our business reaches globally, services locally and provides cross-jurisdictional services.With clients at the heart of everything we do, our team has delivered on growth and transformation with representation by over 13,000 employees across 112 offices worldwide.At Apex Group, we aim to empower and develop your unique skills and experience.Take the lead and we'll support you to be at the top of your game.We offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.LocationÁrea del Piso nivel 5, Oficina 502, 366 de la calle Félix Cuevas, Colonia Tlacoquemécatl Del Valle, Alcaldía Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México.Job DescriptionThe successful Senior Fund Accountant candidate will join the Fund Services team as a Senior Associate and will closely work with Clients and Client Service Managers based in the US region to perform duties related to the administration of Private Equity Funds.ResponsibilitiesReview capital call and distribution workings along with notices and release to respective investors.Handle migration of Hybrid and PERE Funds from onshore locations independently and ensure SLA targets are met.Identify and implement process improvement techniques to improve process efficiency and team productivity.Review and sign off the Net Asset Value and Financials of Private Equity and Hybrid Funds, including recording journal entries, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financials, processing payments, preparing investor notices, and various client reporting.QualificationsGraduate or Postgraduate in Accounting; MBA Finance, CA/CMA preferred.2+ years' experience working in Fund Accounting, Net Asset Value calculation and financial statement preparation.Experience with accounting platforms such as Investran, eFront, or Allvue, and macro-enabled workbooks.Strong conceptual knowledge in accounting principles and financial statement preparation.Some experience in handling client relationships and strong written and oral communication skills.Understanding loan/debt instruments.Advanced English proficiency.Additional InformationWe pride ourselves in our commitment to fostering a connected and inclusive culture, with a five-day office requirement for all opportunities at Apex.Kindly submit your English CV upon application.Apex operates a direct sourcing model.Where agency assistance is required, the Talent Acquisition team will engage directly with our exclusive recruitment partners.Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.#J-*****-Ljbffr
