Chief Information Officer, International Private Equity Real Estate Fund, Mexico City, Mexico**About our client**Our client is a pioneer in developing state of the art residential projects, each defined by distinct features, amenities and immemorable experiences.Backed by a renowned global private equity, the firm has created an exciting new position for a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO).As CIO, you will play a strategic role in designing, implementing and leading a comprehensive information management strategy across all operations.The position is based in Mexico City.**What the job involves**- Oversee the strategic planning, design, and execution of a comprehensive information management strategy that aligns with the company's objectives- Spearhead the digital transformation strategy, enhancing information flow and data accessibility for all stakeholders- Pioneer business intelligence and data analytics strategies, generating actionable insights that fuel decision-making and growth- Create effective and secure methods for information exchange both internally and with outside partners- Establish strong data governance frameworks to guarantee data integrity, usability, and security, while defining the organisation-wide data management standards- Work alongside department leaders and stakeholders to understand their information requirements and provide effective data-driven solutions- Manage partnerships with external vendors, ensuring optimal utilisation of their capabilities in our information management process- Cultivate a dynamic learning and innovative environment, providing training and best practices on optimal information management techniques- Maintain data privacy and security laws, implementing policies that safeguard our information assets- Regularly evaluate and improve the information management systems to align with changing business requirements and technological advancements**Who we are looking for**- Robust technical expertise across a broad range of information disciplines, including infrastructure, data analytics, security and software engineering- Excellent leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated history of creating and executing information strategies- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, or a related field- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English- Superior team leadership and management abilities, capable of inspiring and motivating people to achieve business objectives- Outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with executives, technical personnel, and external partners- Exceptional verbal and written skillsJob ID *****- ABOUT COMPANY- PER, Private Equity Recruitment- London, United KingdomHR & RecruitmentWe are the leading retained search and recruitment specialists for private markets professionals.
