An international developer and manufacturer of fuel monitoring systems and high accuracy fuel level sensors invite you to join our team a Technical Support Engineer Jr. in Mexico**.**Required Skills**:- University degree in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering- 1.5 year experience in a technical support/help desk environment- Very good command of English- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to learn quickly and teach others- Motivated by solving problems and helping others- Competent in Windows systems, MS Office tools and other systems will be an advantage- Experience in M2M telematics would be a competitive advantage**Responsibilities**:- Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution- Troubleshoot and reproduce problems and define workarounds- Work with the engineering team on the more complex issues- Reports and direct subordination to the Regional Manager in Mexico.**Basic conditions**:- Full training- Office located in Mexico City (Coyoacan area) Preferably who lives in the area.- Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00 AM - ***** PM (officially), exceptionally on weekends- Willing to travel frequently for working purposesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $12,****** - $14,****** al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Tienes ingenieria en Mecatronica ?Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Soporte técnico: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
