**Responsabilidades**:- **Atención y Resolución de Tickets**: Gestionar y supervisar (y resolver) los tickets abiertos en las plataformas de soporte, brindando soluciones oportunas y de calidad a los incidentes reportados por los clientes.- **Desarrollo de Templates y bases de conocimiento**: Crear, documentar y compartir plantillas y procesos que puedan ser utilizados por el equipo de soporte para resolver incidentes más rápido y con mayor precisión.Promover la mejora continua en los procedimientos internos.- **Monitoreo y Control de KPIs**: Monitorear los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) del área, asegurando que los mismos se mantengan dentro de los objetivos establecidos.Generar reportes mensuales para medir el rendimiento del equipo.- **Análisis de Tendencias y Mejora Continua**: Identificar patrones y tendencias en los errores comunes reportados por los clientes.Proponer soluciones y mejoras en la infraestructura de los clientes o en los procesos de atención para prevenir incidentes recurrentes.**Requisitos**:- **Experiência previa en soporte técnico**: experiência en roles de soporte técnico, preferiblemente en entornos de nube (AWS es un plus).- **Conocimiento en AWS**: Familiaridad con la infraestructura de AWS, incluyendo servicios como EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda y otros servicios comunes de la nube.- **Habilidades en gestión de tickets**: Experiência trabajando con plataformas de soporte como Zoho Desk, Zendesk, Jira o similares.- **Enfoque en mejora continua**: Capacidad para identificar áreas de oportunidad y proponer soluciones prácticas para optimizar procesos y mejorar la calidad del soporte.- **Habilidades de comunicación**: Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal para interactuar con los clientes y el equipo interno de manera efectiva.**Competencias Deseadas**:- **Orientación a resultados**: Foco en cumplir los KPIs mensuales y en la mejora constante del servicio- **Trabajo en equipo**: Habilidad para colaborar eficazmente con otros miembros del equipo de soporte y con diferentes departamentos.- **Automatización de procesos**: Conocimiento en herramientas de automatización y scripting (por ejemplo, Bash, Python, o similar).Si eres una persona proactiva, con habilidades para la resolución de problemas y con una pasión por la tecnología en la nube, esperamos conocerteTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoBeneficios:- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha de inicio prevista: 15/05/2025
