Descripción y detalle de las actividadesAs Senior HR Digitalization Specialist, you'll partner with HR leaders worldwide to deploy, optimize, and champion cutting edge HRIS solutions: automating workflows, standardizing processes, and delivering measurable ROI across domains encompassing Recruitment and Onboarding, as well as Time Management.In this position as Senior HR Digitalization Specialist, you facilitate the digital transformation of the HR function.Your focus is to oversee the successful deployment of the group-wide HR Digitalization strategy and roadmap.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Lead the deployment and ongoing optimization of the global HR digitalization strategy across your domains (Recruitment & Onboarding; Time Management)- Translate functional needs into digital solutions and lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations- Partner closely with HR leaders and key stakeholders across your assigned regions to gatherrequirements, align priorities and secure buy-in- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and external vendors to keep initiatives on time, budget and scope- Act as primary liaison to implement the digitalization agenda with local HR teams and align with Global stakeholders and strategy, ensuring seamless communication and escalation- Drive change management: run UAT, train superusers, ensure system adoptionExperiência y requisitos**REQUIREMENTS**:- Master SAP SuccessFactors and have deep understanding of HR processes: particularly Time and attendanceor Recruitment management.- Have 4+ years of experience in HRIS or HR digitalization, ideally in a global context- Bring strong project management skills and advanced MS Office (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Project)- Excel at stakeholder engagement, change leadership, and clear communication- Thrive in multicultural teams and turn complex requirements into practical solutions- Communicate fluently in English and demonstrate an analytical, client-oriented mindsetBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- seguro de vida- comedor- fondo de ahorro- transporte- uniforme- gimnasio- seguro de gastos médicos**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Recursos Humanos**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Home office**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Turno Matutino**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
