HR Specialist(payroll & recruitment)Manage end-to-end payroll operations, including time & attendance, wage calculations, statutory deductions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, AFORE, tax), and ensuring legal and company compliance.# Handle payroll inquiries, pay discrepancies, undelivered checks, and support employees with payroll-related issues.# Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and coordinating on boarding procedures.# Support managers to clarify hiring needs and optimize recruitment channels for timely talent acquisition.# Develop and implement training programs, manage annual training plans, track participation, and evaluate training effectiveness.# 3 years of HR experience in payroll, recruitment, training, or employee relations.# Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.# Familiar with local labor laws and regulations (Mexican labor law, payroll obligations, statutory contributions).# English proficiency sufficient for daily work communication.
