As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality recruitment operations across our global teams. You’ll support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring journey — helping to deliver an outstanding, people-first experience. What you’ll be doing: Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure clear communication between candidates and hiring teams. Prepare interview schedules, confirmations, and related documentation with accuracy and care. Maintain candidate data and job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support recruitment campaigns through job postings, background checks, and onboarding coordination. Assist with reporting, data accuracy, and compliance tracking for recruitment metrics. Collaborate closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations. Contribute to employer branding activities and support communications across hiring campaigns. What you’ll bring: 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment coordination or HR administrative support within a fast-paced or international environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., ICIMS, Greenhouse, Workday) and scheduling tools such as Outlook or Google Calendar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑oriented approach. Comfortable working independently and remotely as part of a distributed, multicultural team. Commitment to accuracy, collaboration, and creating positive candidate experiences. Fluent French and Spanish.
