Join to apply for the Carrier Billing Specialist I - MEX role at Worldwide Express.PurposeThe Carrier Billing Admin will be responsible for processing, researching, and auditing carrier and customer invoices using our proprietary accounting software.This individual is responsible for ensuring all daily required tasks are completed in accordance with department policy and procedure guidelines as well as any additional customer-specific SOPs.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices within Carrier Payment queuesCoordinate internally with team members and interdepartmentally to meet/exceed departmental requirementsCommunicate with internal staff, operations managers, and external carriers to ensure proper invoice resolutionInvestigate problems applicable to potential system issues and report to managementIdentify and incorporate opportunities for process improvementRequired Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeProblem-solving skillsDetail orientedOrganizational skillsCustomer service skillsFamiliar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within logistics industry (preferred)Qualifications / EducationHigh School Diploma or EquivalentPhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentJob is performed in a general office environment.Physical Requirements:Occasional (up to 25% of time)Frequent (26%–74% of time)Constant (75% or more of time)Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesFreight and Package Transportation#J-*****-Ljbffr
