Key Responsibilities:The primary focus of this role is to ensure seamless import and export operations within the Mexico Route.Port Arrival & Customs CoordinationMaintain close communication with the local planning team and the domestic vessel operations team to track vessel arrival schedules.Share port arrival information with terminals and customs brokers in a timely manner; confirm operational arrangements to ensure smooth port handling and customs processes.Customs Documentation ManagementFollow up with the domestic factory's commercial team to obtain customs documentation promptly after vessel departure.Verify the accuracy of all documents before submitting them to the customs broker.Update various tracking sheets regularly and archive/upload all documents to the system.Spare Parts & Yard CoordinationCommunicate any changes in spare parts placement to the yard management team in a timely manner.For surplus items (e.g., user manuals), confirm compliance solutions with the customs broker to ensure adherence to import regulations.Invoice Information Verification & Issue ResolutionWork closely with the finance invoicing team; identify and address issues that may affect invoicing, such as incorrect part numbers, colors, or VIN information.Coordinate with the domestic factory's commercial team to verify details and correct import documents promptly.Qualifications:This position requires a Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Logistics Management, or related fields.A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in import/export operations or customs in the automotive industry is necessary.Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills are essential.Intermediate English proficiency is required.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, responsible, and highly execution-driven.This company values diversity and promotes equal employment opportunities.All job openings are open to talented individuals regardless of gender, age, origin, orientation, identity, or any other condition.Hiring decisions are based on each person's merits, competencies, and values, in strict compliance with Mexican legislation.
