YOUR TASKS 🎯 Job Objective This role participates in the development and approval of special production processes and technologies, leads the definition of process‑specific equipment requirements, and ensures continuous improvement in production technology. 🛠️ Main Responsibilities A) Process Technology Participate in the development of special production processes and technologies. Validate new and existing processes according to HELLA standards and legal requirements. Qualify, adapt and apply approved processes for new products. Lead and define specifications for process‑specific production equipment. Support supplier selection and supervise equipment setup. Determine, document and approve process parameters. Monitor processes in production and initiate improvement measures or projects. Lead process‑specific FMEAs with global production technology specialists. Train process users and global production technology teams. Support basic investigations for new processes with technology development. Act as technical lead within the global HELLA network. Act as DfM moderator for new product designs. Coordinate global benchmarks for specific processes. B) Projecting Lead project teams focused on cost improvements for any product or product family. C) Leadership Assign tasks and responsibilities according to team skills and qualifications. Guide and support employees to ensure effective task execution. Participate in hiring processes and manage performance, development and team qualifications. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 🎓 Profile & Requirements Education: University degree. Experience: +5 years of experience in related manufacturing or process technology roles. Strong technical leadership. Expertise in production processes, equipment and technology development. Ability to work globally and lead cross‑functional teams. Problem‑solving mindset, analytical thinking and process‑oriented approach.
