Our remote team works closely with clients to provide clear, accurate, and timely financial insights.We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Advisor to join the Client Advisory Services team. In this role, you will provide financial guidance to a portfolio of client businesses, develop budgets and forecasts, and deliver insights that help clients make informed business decisions. This is a client-facing role across multiple industries, working closely with bookkeeping and tax teams.ResponsibilitiesLead monthly and quarterly financial review calls with business owners, walking through reports, insights, and recommendations.Build dynamic financial models, rolling forecasts, and multi-scenario plans that align with client goals.Analyze performance to identify growth and profitability opportunities.Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity analyses.Create dashboards in Excel or Power BI highlighting KPIs and trends.Advise clients on pricing, staffing, capital planning, and funding readiness.Collaborate with tax and accounting teams to ensure consistent insights.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, CFA a plus).3+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or business advisory (CPA/advisory firm experience preferred).Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.Excellent communication skills, able to explain financial concepts to non-financial clients.Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Preferred ToolsAccounting/ERP: QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Sage IntacctFP&A & Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, Pigment, LivePlan, Jirav, FathomProductivity: Excel (advanced), Teams, Slack, AsanaWhat We OfferGrowth into Senior Manager or Director-level rolesCollaborative and entrepreneurial team cultureAccess to modern FP&A and client collaboration platformsOpportunity to influence financial strategy across diverse industries
