Descripción del trabajo BA/BS required with work experience in Engineering or Supply Chain Areas. 3-5 years' experience in Oracle EBS (or other enterprise scale ERP) programming and/or development. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with and understand the needs of various stakeholders. SQL. Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven; with high standards for accuracy. Knowledge of data capture and management strategies. Responsabilidades Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams to elicit, analyze, translate business requirements; work with Tech Leads to translate solution framework into technology specifications and solution implementations in collaboration with Architects. Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications and make recommendations for improvements. Partner with process owners to build and maintain process flows, attributes, design papers, etc. Build system prototypes and proof of concepts to validate requirements. Proactively discover, drive, and resolve production issues, break-fixes, and enhancement opportunities. Provide analysis, design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement, including agile project management, needs assessment, solution analysis, and business process documentation and governance.
