We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy professional who can manage customer inquiries efficiently across multiple communication channels.ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phoneAssist clients with background check, authentication, and document verification servicesTroubleshoot and resolve service-related issues with accuracy and empathyMaintain organized and accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM systemsCollaborate with internal teams to enhance workflow and improve the overall customer experienceRequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer-service mindset with proven problem-solving abilitiesTech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, online tools, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work independentlyMinimum post-secondary education requiredAbility to work remotely from a quiet, professional environmentMust be available to work in EU/PST time zones.Preferred ExperiencePrior customer service experience (remote, virtual, hybrid, or onsite)Experience in background checks, document verification, or related service industries is an assetLocation: Remote
