Company Overview Our client is a fast-growing, remote-first performance marketing agency helping creators, newsletters, and e-commerce brands acquire and monetize audiences they own. In just 18 months, they’ve built a reputation for delivering high-quality subscribers and scaling campaigns with measurable ROI. Your Role As Creative Strategist, you’ll sit at the intersection of research, copywriting, and performance marketing. You’ll uncover audience insights, write the hooks, and craft briefs that guide creative execution — ensuring campaigns resonate and convert. You’ll: Research audience motivations, objections, and language across platforms Develop creative strategies that drive measurable performance outcomes Write hooks, scripts, and direct-response ad copy Create detailed briefs for editors and designers Analyze campaign data to refine messaging and angles Collaborate with the founder and creative team on strategy Present insights and rationale on occasional client calls You Bring: Portfolio of direct-response ads with proven results Strong copywriting across hooks, benefits, and CTAs Familiarity with multiple ad formats (UGC, advertorials, unboxing, POV) Analytical mindset to connect data to creative direction Comfort in a fast-paced, startup environment DTC or newsletter growth experience (preferred but not required) Bonus Points: Experience presenting creative ideas to clients Background in B2C, newsletters, or e-commerce campaigns Prior agency experience in direct-response advertising What’s Offered: Fully remote role with async-friendly collaboration Competitive USD compensation (based on experience) Direct impact on high-profile campaigns in the creator economy Growth opportunities with mentorship from leadership Unlimited PTO aligned with U.S. norms Performance-based bonus potential Interview Process 1️⃣ Application review – portfolio and background alignment2️⃣ Intro chat – 30 minutes on experience and approach3️⃣ Portfolio deep dive – showcase best-performing ads4️⃣ Case study – short ad copywriting exercise5️⃣ Culture interview – align on pace, style, communication6️⃣ Offer – formal offer to join the team #J-18808-Ljbffr
