The role directly contributes to operational continuity, reduction of unscheduled downtime and optimization of maintenance costs.Main ResponsibilitiesExecute and improve preventive and predictive maintenance plans in electrical systems (motors, panels, transformers, drives, PLCs, etc.).Analyze recurring failures and propose technical solutions that guarantee the reliability of electrical assets.Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and corporate standards.Manage improvement and innovation projects in electrical infrastructure and automation.Provide technical support to operatives and maintenance technicians in the solution of complex faults.Participate in the definition of maintenance strategies based on performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability).Coordinate with suppliers and contractors specializing in electric services.Document maintenance plans, reports, and analysis to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.Position RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's Degree required.Career: Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).Experience in automotive maintenance is a plusAt least 2 years of experience in Operations / Maintenance; Maintenance Planning & ControlAt least 2 years of experience in Automotive Industry, Aluminum Handling and Manufacturing IndustrySkills: Leadership, Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills, Communication, Teamwork.At Nemak, Diversity, Equityand Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everythingwe doand are the underlying platform on whichourculture isbuilt.
